The Wild West Cowboy Church of Pueblo, Pueblo West, & Westcliffe Colorado, is a ministry that uses horses and western related activities in order to introduce people to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith.
We are a mix of urban and rural families who have come together to joyfully praise our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ours is an evangelical church and we reach out to those who don’t yet know the Lord but we do it in a kind and loving way. On occasion our baptisms are done using a stock tank (we do heat the water!). Come once and you’re our special guest. Come again and expected to be treated as a member of the family. We don’t maintain any membership rolls but if you like to participate in trail rides, roundups or special events, just let us know how to get an invitation to you.
Our History
The Wild West Cowboy Church is not affiliated with any specific denomination. In 2004, following the Lord's guidance, our lead minister guided the struggling Sunset Park Christian Church into the the Wild West Cowboy Church and membership grew from just a handful to over 400.
